The Policy Bank System has two main sections; section (A) a repository to sort all labor policies in a structured manner and section (B) procedure workflow to automate and monitor policy development procedures inside the labor policy deputyship.

Section (A) is a sorting of all labor policy types (Royal Decrees, Council Ministers Decision, Ministerial Decrees) in a warehouse through a structured manner. The section provides required abilities for policy allocation and enablement of finding policies through different search categories.

Section (B) is a workflow of policy development for Labor Policies Deputyship departments. Automation of the policy development procedures is based on recently updated procedures for policy development. The workflow includes the steps from the beginning until the approval stage, and will provide visibility of required approval targeted SLAs/ indicators to follow the progress of the policy development.
