Etmam, The Developers Service Center, is one of the most important initiative in the Ministry of Housing. The project was created to organize all kinds of huge projects in Saudi Arabia, such as Malls, Compounds, Industrial Cities and so on.

Etmam’s main purpose is to facilitate the process of the applications, the applications that used to take up to 2 years to be completed can now be finished in only 3 months.

The construction companies would apply to the main project information, such as the blue prints and land instruments, then the system will start the workflow ’till the completion of the approval certificate.

The solution achieved the title of the top rated service in 2017, compared to all online services in the Ministry of Housing is Saudi Arabia.

One of Etmam’s top features is that they provide estimation time for all their services. For instance, the developer can see that his application is currently being reviewed by the Operations Manager and might take up to 4 days to move up.

Etmam System allows developers to apply for projects with an area space up to 10 dunams, and they can do so through their own profile.

Etmam’s System is so advanced that whenever a developer applies for a service, only the closest branch of Etmam will receive the application and review it.

If the employee notes that there are missing documents in an application, they can send the application back to the developer so that the developer can send the missing documents. The developer won’t be able to change the information he entered already, he will only be able to add the missing documents/fields.

In order to apply for any of the many services in Etmam, the developer has to sign up for an account.

The developer has to enter his full name, phone number, email address, national ID number, and can choose his own profile picture if he wishes so.

Once logged into the system, the developer can see all his Existing Applications, Rejected Applications, Approved Applications, and Finished Applications.

In the section below his profile he can find the services that he can apply to, each service has its own requirements and estimated time to be completed.

Also, each one of the services has its own workflow, which the developer can check at any time and will be notified every time there is an activity in any of his projects.

When clicking on one of the services that he applied to, the developer will be able to see which department is currently reviewing his project as well as the time it needs to move up to the next employee, and the estimated time to complete the entire project as well.
