Biolab is one of the leading medical laboratories in Jordan and other countries, Our success story with Biolab is that we implemented a system that allows patients to make online reservation and schedule online appointments, in which Biolab staff members visit the patient to pick samples then apply the test on it. After that, the test results are sent to the patient via mobile notification. The patient pays the test fee then checks the test results with the ability to share it with the his/her doctor.

Register with Biolab by entering your email address and a password for you account profile, choose a profile picture if you wish, activate the notifications in order to stay up to date with your results, appointments, and reports.

The Menu was built with Techs Factory’s own team of designers. The Menu has relaxing colors that won’t harm the eye when looking at, well designed icons with a nice touch of blue, the splendid circle profile picture, and the amazing gray that goes nicely with the blue.

The Menu houses all of Biolab’s sections into a single swipe. Navigating through an application was never easier, as every single feature and service is right there in front of you.

All of the doctors researches and the advice that doctors write, share, and encourage people to follow. A piece of information doesn’t hurt anybody, so stay up to date.

House Call

Schedule a house visit. With a single touch on the House Call, you will be able to select a date and time for Biolab’s experts to visit you and collect samples for tests, you will then be able to view all your tests results in My Results page.

Tests Results

This is one of the most important sections in the entire application, as it contains the information that patients await the most: the list of results of the tests that they’ve taken.

This page was designed specifically to make the navigation through the results easier, it contains small rectangles with rounded corners as the results.

Each one of the results has a title, a result number (code), the date it was ready, attachments – if available, and an option to send the result via email.

Results Information

This page contains all the details about the Test Result the patient clicked on. All the diagnosis are also there as well, therefore helping the patients know what their final result is.

This page supports 3D Touch for iPhone that have this feature, and Haptic Touch for iPhone XR. The patient can export the results into a PDF document, send to his/her doctor, or call Biolab for assistance.

Biopoints

Earn Biopoints with every visit to Biolab or with every House Call visit. Biopoints are points that the patients earn to use for future discounts or pay entirely for a service that Biolab provides.
